Terms of Service
Considering that it sells products online; Considering the Client's interest in acquiring the products offered through its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products by the client on the website.
I - Confidentiality: The store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. Site security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking through the "Secure Site" seal.
II - Customer Service (SAC): This service is available to customers to resolve any questions, requests, or complaints related to their orders or any content available on the site. SAC can be accessed by phone, WhatsApp, or email through the website.
Third, Delivery Policy: The delivery time for the Products is indicated during the purchase process, calculated in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
III.I - Verifying the suitability of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are satisfied or not at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service.
III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each attempt. It is essential that a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying identification, be present at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the Store's Distribution Center.
III.III - After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or the delivery address, request an advance payment or even the delivery priority.
III.IV - The delivery timeframe indicated during the product purchase process takes into account stock availability, the region, the invoice issuance process, and the product preparation time. With each update to the order's delivery status, the store system automatically sends email and SMS alerts to the customer.
III.V - Shipping is free throughout the national territory.
III.VI - The store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; perform the installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to a home other than the one indicated in DANFE; make the delivery to a minor or without an identification document.
III.VII - The Store is not responsible for the retention of goods in SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to pending matters of the client, and therefore, it is necessary to go to the tax office for the release of the goods, considering that in these cases the information on releases and payments is only transmitted to the interested parties.
IV - Right of withdrawal: The Customer will have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, in order to return the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to the store's distribution center in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I - The Customer must request the refund through the Customer Service Department (SAC).
IV.II - Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, it will be verified that the above conditions have been met. If so, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided.
IV.III - For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the chargeback will appear on the next or subsequent invoice, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period and the collection of any remaining installments after the full refund of the Product's value to the Customer's credit card are the responsibility of the card issuer.
